I am trying to install the hdf5storage package to install Python 3 on a 64 bit Windows 8 machine using Anaconda. To make sure everything was up to date, I did

So what's the problem? Obviously there is a package, and I used the recommended command. Why can't he find it? This is a 64-bit problem, and if so, what would be the best way to install hdf5storage via anaconda?
