Unable to install ipa generated by Xcode Server botter on device

Question

I have an Xcode server setup on Mac mini. Downloading .ipa from https: //pandora.local/xcode/ using iTunes works fine.

I tried to install it directly from the phone from the safari. It installs the certificate, but when I click Install, it gives an error saying that it cannot connect to the server.
