Eclipse freezes when returning resources

I am using eclipse Indigo, subclipse 1.10.x and javaNL. Whenever I try to update my project in eclipse, it gets stuck in Reverting Resources 0% and Computing Update Requirements 0%. I try to kill the eclipse and reopen the project, and it still does the same. I do not understand why this is happening. It started recently. Before it worked fine.
