When installing pod, ERROR 'Invalid file' Subfile ': undefined method` plateform'

I am a new ios developer, I need to install "AFNetworking".

firstly i installed cocoapods;

second, I created a "Subfile" in my word space;

source 'https://github.com/CocoaPods/Specs.git'
platform :ios, '8.0'
pod 'AFNetworking'

then I run pod install There is an ERROR:

It would seem that CocoaPods was not installed correctly on your system.

Take a look at this answer:

Cocoapods commands failed due to "There is no such file or directory @dir_initialize - / Users / <username> /.cocoapods/repos (Errno :: ENOENT)"

Try "pod setup" and then "pod install".
