TortoiseHg: No visual comparison found (Mac)

I installed meldon my Mac, and I want to use it as a visual demarcation tool in TortoiseHg. (Please note that I am using a Mac.)

I have the following configuration in my file .hgrc. But when I double-clicked the file, I got this "No visual comparison was found." Am I missing something in the file?

This is a little disappointing because I spent hours on it and still have not been able to find a solution. Need help here.

kdiff3 osx, , meld. , extdiff mercurial, kdiff3 extdiff [tortoisehg].

.hgrc :

[extensions]
extdiff =

[extdiff]
cmd.kiddf3 = /usr/local/bin/kdiff3

[tortoisehg]
vdiff = kdiff3
