Can rabbitMQ be used for avatars on a chat server?

Question

I am making a chat application. Exists on its own. You can send messages to other people, and when they receive a message, it also receives your avatar.

The trick is that images are worth the resources, and they often don't change. Is it RabbitMQsuitable for sharing avatars? Or do I need to create my own system?

PS: I'm new to RabbitMQ, but Im experienced in writing applications, servers, ...

In short: Yes, technically, it can be used. But it would be better to send a link to an image that will be submitted separately, say, from a CDN or only from your web server.
