Installing modules from the minimap using Carton

Question

I managed to get cpanm to install from minicpan mirror using cpanm --mirror ~/.minicpan --mirror-only Module::Name

But I can't figure out how to do the same with Carton.

I would like to be able to simply carton installwhen I am offline / on an airplane and tell him to use my minicpan mirror.

I tried to export, for example, export PERL_CPANM_OPT="--mirror ~/.minicpan --mirror-only"with no luck.

Any advice is appreciated.
