Account Verification link does not work

Question

I updated the gem from 2.2.3 → 3.2. everything else works fine, but the email confirmation link sent by email doesn't work fine.

When a user clicks on this link, he always asks the user to resend the confirmation link and never confirms the account.

I checked the saved confirmation token in the User table, and the confirmation token sent by email is the same, but still does not work.
