Push to deploy from Github (a Windows application) to GAE does not work as expected. The repository is available through Google Developer, but apparently it is not actually deployed.
Process I followed:
- I created a new application in GAE.
- I created a GitHub repository that I use locally using Github for Windows.
- In this repository, I copied and committed a working GAE application (and confirmed that it runs locally from the local directory)
- I changed the app.yaml: 'application to the new application name.
- I created the Release Trunk - Deployment Only
- I made changes to the readme.md file and made the change and synchronized (what do I assume is the same as push?)
- The application url gives 404, and when I go to computer> App Engine> Instances say that I have no active instances. All files and history from the GitHub repository are available in source code> Overview.
I eventually deployed the application using the Google App Engine Launcher, and it works on the Internet, but still cannot update any code by clicking GitHub using Github for Windows. The repository is still updating in source code> Browse.
The GAE-Github connection seems to work, but Google does not recognize it as an application?
Please let me know if I missed something. Greetings.
Update: I successfully executed and clicked using git bash with the same result as GitHub for Windows.
2: Google (https://source.developers.google.com/p/...) - , , -.
3: git bash Google Cloud Repository, GitHub - . .
