PFUbiquity error when using Core Data and iCloud

Question

I use iCloud to synchronize my master data store. It works great. I just noticed that when starting the application the following error message appears. This is normal? Is there something I can do to prevent this?

Based on my testing, this is what I consider a problem.

When your local Core Data resources are synchronized with iCloud, any rows deleted on another device are deleted. Longer lines can be deleted using the zeroing process.
