Slowcheetah installed, but no conversion option

Question

I have a .NET 4.5 project with MVC 5 and EF 6, in Visual Studio 2013. I want to have conversions for app.config.

I installed the SlowCheetah project via NuGet and (presumably) [ https://visualstudiogallery.msdn.microsoft.com/69023d00-a4f9-4a34-a6cd-7e854ba318b5] now I would have to right-click on App.config and see the option Add conversion. But I do not.

Does anyone know what are the possible reasons for this?

I checked that the package was installed in both projects in my solution, rebooted, rebuilt, etc.

• Rebooted VS 2017 and [Right-Click] → App.config displayed the Add Conversion option
