I have several web views inside the Chrome Packaged App, each of which is playing or ready to play the video. I want to get the best possible playback quality, and I want to be able to start playing any video as quickly as possible, accurately and smoothly. So, I want every webview to cache its video.
I believe that there is a 5 MB limit on the web browsing limit and a total limit of 260 MB for all web views, although I could not track where I got this idea from when I worked on it many months ago.
I also thought there was a way to increase the limit of 5 MB. The closest I could find is:

but I can’t find the Quota table they are talking about, and I'm not sure what this is what I am looking for, since there are several caches and limitations in the Chrome app.
