Cannot update Tango Core - "Package file was not signed correctly"

Got my Tango tablet last night and tried to get it by installing the necessary packages. Failed to update Project Tango Core. Here is the error I get:

Looking at the build number you pictured above, this is an old OS build. To fix this problem, you need to update the system software (Settings → About Tablet → System Updates).
