I'm trying to make sure that when the user scrolls the page with the mouse wheel (since there is no scroll bar), the page slides down with the animation to the next section of the page, and while the animation is playing, the mouse wheel does not work (to tidy things up, which is good action).
The behavior I want can be seen at http://google.com/inbox or http://www.luxaqua-design.com/ .
What I liked about the Googles Inbox website is that it has the same effects with touch screens and their scroll mechanisms.
I need only some guidance on the events that occur in this scrolling, and how I can control them (especially, I'm looking to achieve the same functionality with touch devices).
