Backing up / restoring mongo without indexes

I am wondering how can I create mongodump / mongorestore without backing up, restoring indexes?

and how to incrementally restore mongo db without index recovery?

The utility creates a binary export of data from MongoDB and stores the index definitions and collection parameters in the database associated with each paged database.
