View Android XML Does Not Display ToggleButton in Eclipse

Question

In my graphic layout XML for Android, I cannot display ToggleButton. I get some errors (see below). In addition, I cannot edit anything else using the graphic layout.

Go to the graphical location and find the drop-down list of API levels, maybe you are using the last number 21 and you are not setting it, switch to another lever according to your application.
