Visual Studio 2013 automatically inserts closing tags

I have Visual Studios 2013 and I tried several solutions that I found on the Internet and nothing works. It seems like it would be easy to change, but when I create a tag, it automatically adds a closing tag. I would rather print my tags myself, because sometimes I change the tag, and then I either have to drag, or cut and paste it to where it really should be. This is frustrating.

Go to Tools → Options → Text Editor → HTML → Advanced →, then change the tag’s auto-insert tag to false and save.
