3-thread ANR - using locks

Main topic: ("main" prio = 5 tid = 1)
Makes an ArrayList in onCreate ()
Makes an object to lock. (lock)
Starts topic: ("Thread-6024" prio = 5 tid = 29)

myThread= new MyThread();
myThread.start();

MyThread:

}

Also start another thread with a timer ("Timer-1" prio = 5 tid = 26)

myTicker = new MyTicker();
timer = new Timer();
timer.scheduleAtFixedRate(myTicker, 0, PERIOD);

MyTicker:

    @Override
    public void run() {
        synchronized(lock){
            doSomeOtherStuff()
        }
    }
}

The whole system is working fine.
BUT:
Sometimes he gets ANR

Both streams work beautifully (one simulates my GameWorld, the other draws it on SurfaceView)
I let them work for a long time (the result is good - smooth movements)
Then I touch the screen:
2 threads work well - the view of the surface refreshes beautifully
