Do Yahoo and Bing crawlers interpret JavaScript the way Google does?

I have a single page Angular app.

Google started rendering JavaScript when crawling pages in mid-2014, but Yahoo and Bing also interpret JavaScript when crawling pages?

Do I need to include them in the configuration of Prerender.io?

To date, there is no indication that Bing (which supports Yahoo search) parses and processes JavaScript in the same way that Googlebot does. Therefore, if you want them to be able to read the content provided by JavaScript, you must take all necessary steps to make this possible.
