How to install vim as the default cscope editor?

cscopeopens my files in vi. Is there a way to change it to open files in instead vim?

Change . I tried:

export CSCOPE_EDITOR=vim

For some strange reason, if I type :helpin the file that opens, it shows vim helpthat indicates that it is open in vim, but it doesn't seem to read mine .vimrc. How can I read it .vimrc?
