How to use spring-ws client to call the same web service using a different keystore

I have an application that needs to be run on the same application server. Each application must authenticate through the same web service using a certificate specific to that application. Obviously, I can put all the certificates in a single keystore, but how can I specify which one I need to use? For calls, I use Spring WebServiceTemplate, and I want to find something that can be easily configured inside the Spring xml configuration file.

I am trying to follow this: How to get multiple SSL certificates for Java server

The whole concept is understandable, but I can’t understand how to associate it with Spring WebServiceTemplate and how to specify inside the call which certificate I need to use.

I have found a solution. It is not perfect, or completely clean. I need more tests to make sure they work, currently it works.
