Slow mysql on php server

Question

I have several php board tables.

I need an effective query to select all categories, all topics, the latest message to topics with a published user. At my request, it takes 5-8 seconds to start it. I did the optimization with the last_post_id field in the topic table, but I need a better solution for this.
