Gnuplot: Scatter plot of a diffuse dataset

I have a file with scattered data, consisting of 7 columns and more than 8000 thousand rows ( data file ). I would like to build a contour for this data. The columns that I would like to build are the first, second and last (seventh), giving a 2d and 3d graph as follows:

Front view:

front view

Edge Type:

edge on view

And simple 3d:

3d view

As can be seen from the second graph, the first is that the points are clustered in a certain place in the 2d region, the same region in which there is a minimum that can be seen in the three-dimensional graph. But secondly, these points are randomly distributed in the plane (second digit), and I believe that I can not use the matrix representation to draw iso-z outlines.

gnuplot set contour base cntrparam levels ?
