Hybris System Sync Error

I am using the Hybris CMS system. I recently downloaded several products through the product panel, but when I go to synchronize on the HMC, I get "SYSTEM ERROR".

I try to find the cause of the error, I checked all the new products that I added, but I see nothing wrong.

Is it possible to find out what exactly causes the error?

You can find information about dropped lines at the output of CronJob.

Go to hMC> System> CronJobs. Find CronJob 00002J68. Then you can load the unresolved CSV lines.
