This is probably not what you want to hear, but: It depends. I think that even giving the coefficient looks like wavy hands. There are many variables that can affect performance (HW is probably the largest: RAM, number of cores, etc.).
I came across a "similar question" where I wanted to find out how many unicorn workers (application workers) and nginx workers would be the best for my application (and what impact caching would be).
The best way to find the answer to this question is to run several tests. Here is more or less what I did:
