Arbitrary creation of 2 dates per week for 2 years

Question

How to write an excel formula that randomly selects 2 dates every week for 2 years, where:

• 2 dates per week do not match

So this should not be:

05/02/2015
05/02/2015

2. The first date in any given week is always before the second date of the same week:

So this should not be:

06/02/2015
05/02/2015

3. Where Sunday is the beginning of the week and Saturday is the end of the week:

Here is an example of what I do after:

And so on, right up to the end 2016.

This is what I have so far, but it only randomly gives me the day of the week and does not meet any of the criteria described above:
