Non ascii filename in blobstore (Google App Engine)

I am trying to upload an image to Google App Engine using Blobstore. And some of the files contain non-ascii characters. When I upload these files, the file name for this downloaded file appears to show the " key " in blobstore , and not in the original file name .

I already add save_as=blob_info.filenameto mine BlobstoreDownloadHandler, but it failed when the file name contains characters other than ascii.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
