Indicate that package R is property

Is there a standard way to indicate that the R package is the property of a company owned by the company and should not be used outside the company? Right now, I'm using this in a file DESCRIPTION:

License: Proprietary, ownership of XX Company

You can use the License field: DESCRIPTION file and LICENSE file for the actual license. For more information see: http://cran.r-project.org/doc/manuals/r-release/R-exts.html#Licensing
