What is the difference between GetLogicalDrives and FindFirstVolume + FindNextVolume?

It seems that I do not quite understand the differences between Microsoft's definition of “Logical Disk” and “Volume”.

Is each logical drive a volume, but not vice versa?

I would like an explanation + a simple example showing the difference.
