In DevTools, it seems that there are some javascript files that can be edited, and others that are “locked”, which means that I cannot place the cursor inside the file or enter anything. What is the reason for this and how can I actually edit these files?
If the file was deleted (i.e. canceled), Chrome will not allow you to edit the file. Are you trying to edit the prefix mini file? In addition, javascript in the embedded PHP or HTML file will remain read-only.
