Get Deviantart / UUID rejection ID from URL page

I looked at the Deviantart API to find out what you can do with it.

Many queries require you to provide a rejection identifier for the job. For example, adding a rejection to your favorites (under "Collections → Add rejection to favorites above, I cannot post more than two links ...)

Now I looked through the API to figure out how to get this identifier, but I did not know how to do it.

If I only have a rejection URL, for example http://kennyklent.deviantart.com/art/Pinkie-Pie-Dancing-296143815 , how can I determine its rejection identifier? This is not the number at the end 296143815, I would think so, but it is not.

If this helps, here is one example from the api endpoint /browse/dailydeviations

"deviationid": "27FD366A-30CB-FC3E-DE54-9621E90FCE60",
"printid": "E984FC87-8B57-239C-FE7C-E2674A0DDFC4",
"url": "http://mudimba.deviantart.com/art/SF-Botanical-Gardens-57879397",

So this deviation SF-Botanical-Gardens-57879397has id 27FD366A-30CB-FC3E-DE54-9621E90FCE60- but how would I know if it is not listed in the examples?

Update 06/2017:

For those who stumbled upon this after 2 years, the answer below will be given, but now there is another way to get the UUID. Each rejection now has a meta property da:appurlthat displays the UUID value on the rejection page itself.

To stay with the example SF-Botanical-Gardens-57879397above, looking at the source of the page http://mudimba.deviantart.com/art/SF-Botanical-Gardens-57879397 , you will see:

<meta property="da:appurl" content="DeviantArt://deviation/27FD366A-30CB-FC3E-DE54-9621E90FCE60">

What exactly contains the UUID 27FD366A-30CB-FC3E-DE54-9621E90FCE60
