Do not get the last shot from artifactory

I use artifactory to serve jar files. I have scalaprojects with SBT. SBT cannot resolve recent pictures. It always allows the second version. I mean, if I clean up specific jar files from artifactory, I need to build twice. Only then does it become permitted.

Cleaning cans after the first assembly are artifacts:

- 1.2-SNAPSHOT
   - frameworks_2.11-1.2-20150221.064040-1-javadoc.jar
   - frameworks_2.11-1.2-20150221.064040-1-sources.jar
   - frameworks_2.11-1.2-20150221.064040-1.pom
   - frameworks_2.11-1.2-20150221.064040-2.jar
   - maven-metadata.xml
 - maven-metadata.xml

Even if the jar is present, it will not be resolved in my local project. After you build the framework, here is a list of artificial materials.

After that, it becomes permitted. Now, even if you make some changes, you will create a jar, it is always allowed only from this. None of the new changes will be reflected.
