Resize HTA Window

I have an HTA that I always want to have the same size. I already saved the window from maximum use with <hta:application maximizebutton="no", but I also want it to not change by dragging the mouse from the border of the window.

Add this below:

<HTA:APPLICATION
    MAXIMIZEBUTTON="NO"
    SCROLL="NO"
    BORDER="DIALOG"
/>

Note. If you want to allow the user to scroll, change the line from to SCROLL NO YES
