I installed Linux mint 17 mate in my Macbook pro retina using the Virtual box, but the font is very small, how to enable the HiDPI parameter in the match?
HiDPI is not yet supported by MATE. Perhaps the Gnome environment is the best alternative for you.
HiDPI on Linux Mint is currently only supported on Cinnamon.
