Dfp interstitial ads not filling the full screen on Android tablets

We are trying to serve full-screen ads through DFP and AdMob in our Android app. We cannot force ads to fill the screen, and ads will only display in the predefined interstitial sizes of 320x480 for a 7-inch device and 768x1024 for a 10-inch device. How do we get the DFP SDK to accurately determine the screen resolution of the device and scale the ad to fill the screen?

You tried to use the OutOfPage declaration. In this type of creativity you do not need to specify the size, and they are intended for sticky and interstitial ads.
