Change admin area

Can I add additional links to the admin panel Shopify? (i.e. under Appsand Settings)? It would be great to include a link directly to the editing screen HTML/CSSinstead of going through Themes- '...' - Edit HTML/CSS. This will help speed up the development process when working directly in the browser.

Shopify is a SaaS or fully hosted (cloud) solution. The admin panel cannot be changed out of the box. You can write usercript (JavaScript injection) that will change Shopify Admin for you. Tampermonkey will help you!
