Sandbox error in PayPal: cookies blocked

Question

I worked with a paypal sandbox account. It worked fine. But now it shows the following error.

Cookies allowed. I tried using a different browser and a different computer. However, I get the same error. I tried to clear cookies and cache. But that did not work. Any solution?

This is a Paypal issue that affects Express Checkout on Sandbox PayPal. Paypal has announced that there is currently no alternative solution.

: SSL SetExpressCheckout: : javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException Error

To get around this error (never before), I added the api-3t.sandbox.paypal.com certificate to my java trust store.

After that, setCheckout correctly answered the valid token, but I ran into the cookie disconnected problem for almost 8 hours. None of my websites work with sandbox environments.

I think nothing can be done until PayPal becomes clearer with some announcement.
