Does anyone else have hair repellent disorders that I have with Paypal Sandbox?

Last year, I developed part of the site for a client who wanted to use PayPal, he was dead easily, it was around version 65.0 of their API using Express Checkout.

He wants to make some changes to the workflow of the site, so I need to put paypal in test mode and use the sandbox.

After 2 weeks of complete disappointment with PayPal (very obviously outsourcing), the Merchant Technical Services team fixes the problem of importing old Sandbox accounts and creating credentials for classic APIs.

Now I can get a website to get a Success response from the SetExpressCheckout team, and the Continue button has now correctly switched to https://api-3t.sandbox.paypal.com where point it asks me to log in as a sandbox user that I do, then I get a dizzy screen that says:

"You must first log in to use Paypal Sandbox features"

And then the dead ends.

I am already registered as my correct user ID at http://developer.paypal.com , I launch my site on a different tab in the same browser.

I use Safari on Mac OSX Mountain Lion 10.8, and also tried Chrome on 10.8 and on the PC without changes.

Unfortunately, I do not have many useful tips. I am currently testing whether the new developer account has new Sandbox accounts and not imported accounts - the same problems that you described.
