How to make a Windows Forms application (C #) in a single exe file?

I am using Visual Studio 2013

I just made the first Windows application (forms of Windows) with it, and if possible, I would like to insert libraries and config / manifest files, etc. into one executable file for greater convenience. It can be done? If so, how?
