Php-win.exe wampserver 2.5 application error

application cannot start correctly (0xc000007b). Click "OK" to close the application.

the mvscr110.dll file is installed, the vC ++ 2012 redistributable package, but nothing helped

I had the same problem, and this was caused by the removal of some Visual C ++ libraries that should not have been removed, namely the 2012 releases.

I fixed this by reinstalling Visual C ++ 2012 Update 4 , and it worked. Remember to download the correct version depending on the PHP platform you are running on (x86 or x64).
