I have a series of data in a regular xz matrix that I draw using pcolor in Matlab. I am using a JET color map (turned upside down) and would like to know how can I indicate that when the parameter I draw is 0, then the color should be white and not dark red by default?
My data does not fill the entire matrix, therefore, all cells without data are set to 0. This provides semi-solubility, since the contrast between the filled data cells and 0-cells is large enough so that the area covered by the data is easily identified. However, this would greatly improve the image if all 0-cells were built in white.
