Sorry if this is the main question, but I'm completely new to using Spring.
I have 2 maven projects configured in Eclipse using Spring. I would like one project to use Spring @Service in another project. And I'm trying to do this by annotating a member variable using the @Resource annotation. I added a dependency on another project in pom.xml.
However, when starting this, Spring does not find the class that I want to use in another project. Is there anything else to do so that Spring finds objects in another project? It works fine when all the code is in one project, so I need to tell him to somehow scan another project?
I tried adding @ComponentScan (), but that did not help.

So, I have 2 Maven projects created using the Spring Tool Suite as Spring Starter Projects. However, web projects are a command line tool, and the other is a library that will be used by this tool and, possibly, other projects when I receive them. Therefore, both of them are created as JAR files.
The tool has a dependency in pom.xml on the project, which is a library. It works fine, I can get Maven to create a JAR file for it, etc. Since both of them are Maven projects, they have a standard Maven file structure with Java code that I get in the package in "src / main / java".
