How to filter my search in a column on a google sheet that collects data from a form?

I would like to perform a multi-criteria data search in a column - contains the data of the flags (more than one selected option).

For a clearer picture of what I'm trying to do, the screenshot below is a question in the form

Form data is saved in sheets as shown below.

So, my concern is whether I want to search / filter rows containing " Commercial ", rows with Commercial, Engineering are not displayed, This is definitely not an effective search.

Any advice on how I can solve this problem is kindly appreciated. If
