Not seeing any fields for aggregation without taking into account the number of Y-Axis

I am trying to calculate the average response time from http logs. When I go to visualization and try either a graph or a graph, anytime when you choose a different type of aggregation besides Count (i.e. Average, Sum, Max, etc.), I never get any values ​​in the field Field I believe X-Axis should be / just a date bar graph.
