Without a password, SSH only works in debug mode

I have two machines with the same users, I need to do an ssh without a password between them, I have two users medya and orainst

medya home is / home / medya / orainst home is / tools / appsw / oracle / orainst

I set a password for both of them (yes, I swear I made all permissions, religiously).

it works for any user in regular home directories (medya), but not for orainst.

and the strangest thing is, if I started the ssh server in debug mode, it works fine for both users.

here is a log for both ssh starting with service and ssh starting with debugging

here it fails:

debug1: trying public key file /tools/appsw/oracle/orainst/.ssh/authorized_keys
debug1: Could not open authorized keys '/tools/appsw/oracle/orainst/.ssh/authorized_keys': Permission denied
debug1: restore_uid: 0/0
debug1: temporarily_use_uid: 500/500 (e=0/0)
debug1: trying public key file /tools/appsw/oracle/orainst/.ssh/authorized_keys

here is the complete log:

restorecon .ssh/
restorecon .ssh/authorized_keys

Other answers here led me to the conclusion that this is a SELinux problem, and restoring the default context in the folder and its contents solved the problem.
