Intellij Idea 14. All tooltips disappear after moving the mouse

In the new version 14 of Intellij Idea, I ran into a problem: all the prompts caused by the highlighting of the elements disappear when I move the mouse slightly (and then reappear). I believe that the correct behavior is that the tooltip should not disappear while my cursor is over this element.

To be more clear, I mean all the tooltips in the IDE. For example, a hint for the description of errors / warnings, a hint for the description of the buttons and all other hints.

This is a known and already registered bug that has not yet been fixed. You can see this problem here at Jetbrains bug tracking system.

IntelliJ 14 behaves the same for me.
In IntelliJ 13, this behaves differently, as I just tried, so it could be a mistake.
As you did not ask anything directly, that’s all I can say.
