Lubuntu Disable [alt] + drag and drop window

I have tried everything Google has to offer. Using a computer as a standalone Blender machine and just need a lightweight desktop. Mini.iso (32-bit 14.04) is installed and "Minimum Lubuntu installation" is selected during installation. Exactly what I needed is unlikely to use any resources to run Blender. The Alt key, however, is still positively stubborn in its exactingness to a) move the window when they are held with resistance and b) prevent the blender key from binding in the Blender input settings. When you change the bindings in Blender, I can hold Ctrl + Alt, click LMB, and it binds perfectly. If I hold Alt and press LMB, it refuses to recognize the Alt modifier. However, when I got down to the Alt key, he was quite happy to bind the action to a simple Alt. My permission attempts are given below.

All traces of the "A-Up / Down" bindings in the rc XML files in the ~ / .config / openbox / and / etc / xdg / openbox files are deleted (entering paths from memory - I hope this is correct). After unsuccessful attempts, I even deleted everything except the most popular XML tags, and still have not succeeded.

Installed the dconf editor and removed the mouse modifier in org> gnome> desktop> wm> preferences> mouse button modifier. I understand with this that cleaning can include all buttons as modifiers, so I set this to <Shift>just for verification.

CCSM is installed and it is verified that the Move Window plugin is disabled. Also, explicitly set the modifier key to Disabled.
