Jenkins is very slow on his first visit

Jenkins is very slow during his first visit early in the morning. This also happens if we restart the Jenkins server.

So, the first developer to Jenkins sometimes waits up to 3 minutes. We thought it was a problem loading the assembly. Thus, we have moved all construction tasks to the Jenkins slavery. But the problem is not resolved.

Since after restarting, the performance seems unsuccessful. I guess Jenkins reads a lot of material in mind. How can we get the Jenkins to work? We can give jenkins a hughe RAM size if necessary. I hope the cache solves performance issues.
