Import Bitbucket issues into Github

Does anyone know of a smart way to import existing Bitbucket issues into a Github account?

There are several scenarios for this:

• https://github.com/RonnyPfannschmidt/bitbucket_issue_migration - this uses both the BitBucket and Github APIs to extract problems from BitBucket and import them into Github.
• https://github.com/viniciusban/bitbucket_issues_to_github - this script imports problems that have been exported from BitBucket to Github.

I don't know how to do this in the Github user interface.
