How to remove an application from itunes connect

I sent a completely new application to the AppStore, and it was rejected .... (nothing new there). I want to remove this application completely from my itunesconnect account. I don’t know which apple has recently changed, but in the past, when the application was rejected, I use the “delete” button on the summary page. Now I don’t see anything else.

From Apple doc

If you created the application in iTunes Connect, you no longer need to; you can remove it from iTunes Connect.

Although, as Tapas Pal pointed out from an Apple document, you cannot delete an application that has not been sent, you can use this application identifier for something even later. Here is what I did:

  • Renamed the application so that I can easily see that it was in limbo, for example. "FUTURE DEVELOPMENT".
  • When I got a new app, this stub was ready for me.

Hope this helps.
